Welcome to Weatherford Internet Consulting and our software platform, WEIC One.

By accessing or using our services, including websites, CRM software, or digital marketing, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our services.


1. Definitions

  • “Company” refers to Weatherford Internet Consulting, based in South Carolina.

  • “WEIC One” refers to our customer relationship management (CRM) platform.

  • “You” or “Client” means the person or business using our services.

  • “Services” includes website development, SEO, CRM systems, automation, and related support.


2. Scope of Services

We provide digital business solutions including:

  • Custom website design and hosting

  • SEO and online marketing

  • CRM automation through WEIC One

  • Funnel and workflow development

  • Technical support and consultation

Details of your specific service plan will be outlined in a separate agreement, proposal, or onboarding document.


3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate business and contact information

  • Use the services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • Obtain proper consent from your contacts before sending emails or SMS via the CRM

You are solely responsible for the content you upload, store, or transmit through the CRM and for compliance with applicable laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act, TCPA, and GDPR (if relevant).


4. Account Access & Termination

You may cancel your service at any time by contacting us in writing. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for:

  • Nonpayment

  • Abuse of the system or illegal behavior

  • Misuse of CRM messaging tools

  • Violations of these Terms

We may retain user data for up to 30 days after termination before permanent deletion.


5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of service activation or contract signing. Unless otherwise stated:

  • Monthly fees are billed in advance and nonrefundable

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension of access

  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice

Certain services may include setup fees, paid consultations, or add-ons not covered in monthly plans.


6. Platform Hosting and Infrastructure

The WEIC One CRM is powered by third-party infrastructure. While we configure and support your experience, we do not control the hosting environment or core software. Platform uptime, core updates, and backend architecture are managed by the CRM vendor under their own terms and security protocols.

We are not liable for:

  • Downtime or outages caused by third-party platforms

  • Data loss due to user error or failure to back up content

  • Changes to features or pricing introduced by the underlying CRM provider


7. Intellectual Property

All CRM-based funnels, promotional pages, automation workflows, and related assets built inside the WEIC One platform remain the exclusive property of Weatherford Internet Consulting.

These materials are licensed to you only for the duration of your active subscription. If your account is canceled or terminated, access to these assets will be revoked without exception.

You do not own or have the right to transfer:

  • CRM funnel pages

  • Pre-built lead capture sites

  • Internal automation templates

  • Drag-and-drop websites provided as part of a subscription

The only exception to this policy is for custom-designed stand-alone websites that were explicitly built for sale under a separate Website Proposal. These sites must have:

  • A signed and accepted proposal by both parties

  • A one-time purchase fee outlined in the agreement

  • Deliverables stated as client-owned upon final payment

In such cases, intellectual property rights transfer to the client upon full payment. Otherwise, all platform assets remain the intellectual property of Weatherford Internet Consulting.


8. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., Google rankings, sales increases, or email delivery rates).

You use our services at your own risk.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weatherford Internet Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Use or inability to use the CRM or other services

  • Data loss or unauthorized access

  • Third-party outages or changes to services

In no case will our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the past 3 months.


10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Orangeburg County.


11. Updates to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
